Our return policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. Buyer incurs return shipping fees and any originating seller shipping fees are deducted from any refund. All returns must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it or we will not authorize and accept your return, no exceptions. Any item returned that is not in its original condition and packaging is considered used, opened or both and is non-refundable. Any product(s) received as such will not be processed nor returned to you.


Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 1-3 business days and issued to your original form of payment, minus any originating seller shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 4 weeks, check with your issued card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and include your original order number.

Damaged Items

Shipping Charges
You (buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels and encourage you to use a trackable shipping service with insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for shipments that are sent to us that become lost, stolen or damaged by your carrier. We will deduct our original shipping charges we incurred for all returns processed.
